This is the last Tretinoin/retin A update I will have so that's why I've rounded it off as a 9 month update. It's more so a 8.5 month update.
As mentioned in this video I will now be going on to start a new prescription of Adapalene 1%, Clindamycin 1% and Niacinamide 4%. This in the hope that it will target my whiteheads that have not stopped exploding on my chin throughout my Tretinoin journey and long before that.

Where did I get my Tretinoin?
I got my Tretinoin while I was in Portugal. Over the counter and for around £2.50 (which is a steal!).
What percentage am I using?
I am using 0.05% and I have not moved higher or lower.
How often do I use my Tretinoin?
This has varied throughout my journey, from 5 times a week to once a week.
How long have I been using Tretinoin?
At the time of filming this video I have been using Tretinoin for over 8 months.
Do I use anything alongside Tretinoin?
I used a Benzoyl Peroxide gel or wash in the mornings. I usually use a zinc soap on my chin as it is a very congested area for me.
