An accident on a highway in Utah could have been a lot worse. The state’s highway patrol says a trooper was performing a stop on a semi truck when his vehicle was hit by another semi truck that failed to move over to the left lane. The trooper wasn’t in his vehicle when it was struck and pushed into the stopped semi truck. He was at the passenger side door, which the agency says is the correct way to approach a stopped vehicle.
