I used a 9" wooden cradled board and the wooden disk is 9". I did a dirty pour for both but layered them in my cups, very differently.. I used a mixture of brands of paints and mixed it 50/50 with Floetrol latex based or 1:1 ratio).
I then added water to get the perfect warm honey consistency flowing off my stick. I then added silicone in the cups about a drop per ounce of mixed paint... Don't stir too much for larger cells.
When these have dried a minimum of 72 hours, I will eventually seal them with a high gloss varnish.
