The Nürburgring is a motorsports complex located in the Rhineland-Palatinate state of Germany. Nicknamed "The Widow Maker," the Nürburgring is famous for it's Nordschleife (North Loop) and the high amount of fatal and near fatal accidents that occurred there.
One of the most famous of those accidents occurred in 1976 when Niki Lauda crashed his Ferrari coming out of the left-hand bend before the Bergwerk curve. He was severely burned but survived to race again.
This video is my ride around the Nürburgring in a Porsche GT3 RS with a professional driver from Ring Taxi. Thank you to Tim at Ring Taxi for the exhilarating drive!
