Nathan running across field looked for Daniel then calmly stepped inside to draw the winger then fired a pass for Daniel to sink Easts hearts as he planted the ball over the try line. Almost 150 teams competed in the ARL Development Shield each game sudden death and this Final between Cairns Brothers and Brisbane Easts decided the Queensland Champions. Brothers won a tight game 32-28 to the delight of their small band of family and supporters.
