Lamb Chops With Roasted Potatoes and Radishes. This is a Valentine's Day dinner with a spin on the meat and potatoes combo. As is our Cooking Secrets for Men Valentine's Day tradition, we suggest a menu that is elegant, tasty, easy to prepare and can be done in 30 minutes or less. While the potatoes and radishes roast in the oven, the lamb chops are pan-seared, and a red onion, mint, and feta cheese relish is put together. Then easy steamed broccoli for the final piece of Valentine's Day dinner 2022.
