The training program is part of the Zero Waste Cities project. It aims to support the institutional capacity of Ukrainian communities through a series of training webinars with relevant theoretical knowledge and examples of best practices in household waste management in the European Union. A total of 5 modules are planned, with 2-3 webinars in each.

⭐️Enzo Favoino, Chairman of the Scientific Committee of Zero Waste Europe, and co-founder of the European Compost Network, works at the Scuola Agraria del Parco di Monza, a non-profit research centre in northern Italy; formerly chaired the International Solid Waste Association's Biological Waste Treatment Working Group.
⭐️Gabriele Folli, Zero Waste Italy expert, former deputy mayor for environmental affairs in Parma, Italy.
⭐️Jack McQuibban, Local Zero Waste Implementation Programme Manager, Zero Waste Europe.
