This train suffered a train fault when it was just about to start service on the EWL, as T130. This train stopped between TNM and BDK WB, ATPM to TNM Middle platform and then returned back to Changi Depot.

The replacement train was C151B 657/658, from UPD. 657/658 then withdraw back to UPD after finishing its T130 run.
