(6 Apr 2014) Rwandans gathered at the Paroisse de la Sainte-Famille catholic church in Kigali on Sunday to remember their countrymen and women who were killed at the church during the genocide in 1994.
"Very many people died here and that is why I am here today, to remember those who died here at this church," said Oliver Kamana.
Oliver added that he was at the church to give thanks for surviving the events of 1994 when close to a (m) million civilians were killed in 100 days.
Tomorrow marks the day, 20 years ago, when Hutu militia descended on their Tutsi neighbours killing and maiming many.
