Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and husband of Queen Elizabeth II, was main guest at rites commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Battle of York at Queen's Park. First the duke, who is also colonel-in-chief of the regiment, inspected troops of the 3rd Battalion of the Royal Canadian Regiment. Later, he presented a new regimental flag.
