This is continuity from the final night of BBC Four using the 2002 logo, and the first night of their new logo to match the corporate BBC rebrand of October 2021.

In this case, BBC Four launched some new idents ('Bridge' and 'Painting' are shown in this video) but also retained the more recent ones from the previous package ('Home', 'Cherry Blossom' and 'Mount Fuji' is shown in this video) with the new BBC Four logo implemented into the idents. The original 2005 idents have been retired (although they may have been retired long before the rebrand, I'm not sure because honestly, I haven't watched BBC Four since 2014 prior to this recording but am sure the more recent idents launched in 2016). Also, BBC Four received a new DOG, logo and surrounding presentation.

The switch from old branding to new branding takes place at 3:55, although my recording began at 7pm so I missed the opening ident that evening - apologies.
