Method:
For Mango Ice cream Falooda :
1.In a bowl beat 1 cup Chilled Fresh Cream until soft peaks
add 1/4 cup Milk Powder, 1/2 cup Milkmaid Condensed milk and combine well (while pouring the condensed milk then the brands Highlighting shots will be added like opening the Tin pouring the Condensed milk in to the cream)
2. For this Mango Icecream Nestle Condensed Milk will give a beautiful texture. Sugar is not at all the replacement for this simple homemade ice cream. By adding sugar you might not achieve the smooth texture. Condensed Milk is the Hero of this recipe, it enhances the texture and taste of the Ice Cream.
3. Add 1 cup Mango Pulp a few drops of Mango essence and blend again. During the summers Kids keep asking to make something such as Ice cream, Kulfi, kheer and this Nestle Milkmaid comes very handy. 4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight tin and freeze overnight
5. Next Day boil the Water and add the Vermicelli (semiya) and cook for 3-4 mins on High flame. Check it out.
6.Drain the Vermicelli and cool in the colander
7. Grind 3 Sweet mangoes, Add ⅓ cup Nestle condensed milk and Grind to smooth puree
8. Keep aside ½ cup Mango Puree and add 1 Liter Chilled Milk 2-3 drops Mango Essence and blend again. Refrigerate the Mango Milk in the fridge for 2 Hours
9. Soak 3 tbsp Sabja Seeds
10. Scoop out the Mango Ice Cream and put on the top of the Falooda ( here the ice cream texture will be shown and tells the benefits of using Nestle Condensed MIlk)
11. In the tall glass add drizzle 1 tsp Rose Syrup all around the glass and add 1 tbsp Soaked Sabja Seeds, 1 tbsp Vermicelli,1 tsp Chopped Nuts reserved Mango puree then fill ¾ part of the glass with Mango Milk, add the chopped nuts, Sabja seeds,and scoop out the Mango Ice Cream Mango puree and some Fresh Mango Cubes.
