Russia is again making headlines but this time it's not because of the war but Russia's lower house of Parliament has approved a bill that prohibits what Moscow calls 'LGBT propaganda' and restricts the 'demonstration' of LGBT behaviour. This means that any action or information that is considered an attempt to promote homosexuality can incur many fines.
