A four grain mash was used for the Balcones Pot Still Bourbon - primarily Blue Corn with wheat, rye and malted barley . Distilled on an imported Forsyths pot stills. Maturation took place for about 2 years in American white oak barrels. The Balcones Pot Still Bourbon is bottled with 46% ABV
