LGBTQ& Leadership are fundamental for a equal world, not only for my minority but also for all minorities. I was invited to a Summit about LGBTQ & Leadership in States, of course it was on line, but what the statistics were unbelievable shocking. In the 500 fortune companies, composed by their 5074 members in their Board, only 24 say are part of the LGBTQ community.
We have to change that, it's 2021, people who are in Board make decisions for all of us.
When I refer to “leadership” and “queer leadership”, my starting point is how each of us leads ourselves with the intention and capacity to create improvement at the level of society, and evolution at the level of the normative definitions used to define and teach “traditional leadership”.
When a fabulous woman, proud to be lesbian and CEO of an important firm around the world, she said in the Board with minorities, the results are amazing, we know we live in a society where money talk so let's change this world for all the reasons.
A world without equality, diversity and inclusion is a sad world where we will not have the possibility to grow and make great change.
