Jeera Chicken, a cumin flavoured Chicken Curry made at home using British Indian restaurant style (BIR) recipe, just follow along the step by step guide, I haven't edited this video so that you can follow along easily.
You can make this Jeera Chicken Indian restaurant / takeaway style at home under 15min. Chicken Jeera is a medium spiced with thick sauce curry which is infused with Cumin, so you get that lovely taste along with the wonderful aroma from freshly prepared cumin/jeera. I mentioned on the video if you haven't tried Jeera chicken yet, you should deffiently try this. The rich flavours will have you wanted more and if you like it hot then add some chilli powder at the spice stage. yummy

This Jeera Chicken recipe is suitable for all as it’s not spicy, it’s a medium dish so you get all the flavours without the chilli heat. However if you want to add chilli powder, green chillies etc to this Cumin chicken curry, then feel free to do so.
Serve with rotis, naan or rice for the real deal.

Ingredients needed to make Jeera Chicken Indian restaurant style
300ml base gravy
6-7 pieces of precook chicken (if don't have any precook Chicken then add the raw chicken cubes just after adding the onions, add an additional 0.5 tsp of ginger and garlic paste, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder. Wait until the chicken is cooked the continue to follow the video). When you add mix curry powder add an additional 0.5 tsp, so 1.5 tsp in total.
2-3 tbsp Oil
0.5 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/5 tsp Jeera and black pepper mix
1/5 diced onion
0.5 tsp of fenugreek leaves
Salt to taste
1.5 Chefs spoon of tomato puree
1.5 tsp Mix curry powder
0.5 tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder
2 tbsp fresh coriander to garnish
½ tomato quartered
