This aoe2 build order takes advantage of the celts wood bonus which allows them to complete this aoe2 archer rush build order at 19 population. this aoe2 build order is probably best in a team game when you can be supported by an ally with scouts as an aoe2 archer rush can be easily countered by 1 range skirmishers so is not recommended in a 1v1.
