Ingredients:
Red lentils 1 cup (250gm)
Ginger 1 inch roughly chopped
Garlic 3 cloves roughly chopped
Cilantro/Coriander leaves 1 cup (or flat leaf parsley)
Chickpea flour 1/2 cup (Or Almond flour)
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp (OPTIONAL)
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp (OR Indian red chili powder OR 2 green chilles OR Chili flakes )(OPTIONAL)
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Crushed Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Lime/Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Vegetables: (you can use any vegetable of your choice)

1 tablespoon cooking oil
Onion 1 cup finely chopped
Spinach 1 cup finely chopped
Grated Carrot 1 cup
Cabbage 1/2 cup finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 cup cooking oil for frying
