WFP's safety spokesperson, Verity, is back with our Electrical Manager, Ricky, talking about a cryptic area of Electrical Installation Condition Reports - the CODES!
Your Fixed Wire Testing inspection produces what's called an EICR, which has up to 6 different codes in it: C1, C2, C3, FI, X and Note.
They all denote to something in your EICR which could produce either a 'Satisfactory' or 'Unsatisfactory' report.
TOP TIP: Remember, your report is only as good as the competent specialist who filled it in!
So, if you've just received your report and you're not sure where to start, have a listen and a watch, and hopefully by the end of this video, you'll feel more confident in deciphering your Electrical Installation Condition Report.
