I’m brewing with the Aeropress in the inverted method. These beans are the Ijen Lestari Robusta, roasted by Flip Coffee in Singapore.
This too resulted in a really nice brew. Hazelnut, cocoa, malt and red tea. I still get the distinctive tastes of Robusta here - think a very clean, almost rock sugar like sweetness - add on some nutty hazelnut, some cocoa, a hint of red tea, and this ends up being quite a delicious brew.
