I use the wing to balance and my front foot in the footstrap. My left hand grabs the handle first and then I switch hands... left goes back and right to the front handle. If it’s gusty I wait with my body down until I feel enough power in my wing. When I stand up I apply some back foot pressure to let the board glide to the surface and once there normal pumping and ...start flying🙌🏻
