Maple syrup is a Canadian staple, it’s loaded with antioxidants and nutrients, making this a delicious healthy treat!!
If you have a candy thermometer, boil maple syrup until it registers to 240 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer don't worry, its very forgiving, just boil the maple syrup until it thickens up a bit, about five minutes. Pour it onto hard packed snow, then roll it up with a stick. This is quick, easy and tons of fun!!
