Hello! Welcome to our learning to cook pizza journey! Here are my top 10 tips I think would be useful for new pizza cooks using the wood-fired Ooni Pro Pizza Oven. I hope you find them helpful and please comment below if you would like more information on each tip and why I chose these tips. These wood-fuel tips are from my experience of learning to cook pizza from scratch on this YouTube channel. I don't use the gas burner with the Pro so some of these tips will not apply to using gas e.g. keeping the door on to heat up the oven. For the gas fuel the door would not be on.
