Book Review of Timing the Real Estate Market (5th Edition) by Robert Campbell. I read his book and wanted to review the principals and lay out the frame work for me to build my own model off of his numbers to see if I could match it! I would recommend this book for anyone interested in real estate, both residential and commercial.
