Hello oboists and oboe fans! In this video I am sharing my attempt to compose a cadenza for my upcoming performance of the Beethoven Oboe Trio. I am so excited to be recording Beethoven's Trio for Two Oboes and English horn, Op. 87 with Graham Mackenzie and Faith Scholfield of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra for their Digital Concert Series.
