In this video, Colin – Sales Manager here at Richard Lawson Pianos – takes you through all of the main features of Petrof’s smallest grand piano, the Bora. Handcrafted in the Czech Republic, and made with premium-quality European parts, it boasts a quality of sound which truly belies the instrument’s compact dimensions. Even though it is just 5’3” in length – which makes it an ideal size for domestic use – it has a very wide expressive range with a warm and rounded sound, which is so characteristic of the highest-quality European pianos, and that you can hear in Colin’s demonstrations of this beautiful instrument. And with an action built by Renner, it is also highly responsive, making the most challenging of passages incredibly easy to control.
