Stormwater control measures are everywhere, sometimes hiding in plain sight along roads and parking lots. But why do we still see floods? And could flooding get worse as our climate changes? NC State bioengineering grad student Naomi Pitts reviews existing measures to see where they are failing and if they can be made more resilient for the future.
