Bunaken National Park is a marine park half an hour boat ride from North Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. The sea turtle population is very healthy. The turtles hang out on top of the reef as well as along coral fields and the vertical walls. The turtles here are unusually mellow allowing divers to drift by them without swimming off.
