In collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, on the second day of Swar Dharohar Festival, i.e. on 3rd December 2022, at the Central Vista India Gate, Padmashree Ustad Gulfam Ahmed Saheb enthralled the audience by playing the Sarod instrument.
