This is the 11th Day in a series of videos in which Yehudit demonstrates how to use Otiyot Hayyot movements to count the 40 Days of Blessing which begin during the day of the 7th of Sivan, the anniversary of when Moshe ascended Mount Sinai to learn with Hashem for 40 days and 40 nights (see Exodus 24:12-18). In this video Yehudit shows how to embody the letter Chaf/Kaf (stepping back variation), the third letter of the Hebrew word for blessing: ברכה. She also demonstrates how to embody the Tzere, the nikudah (Hebrew vowel symbol) which corresponds to the sefirah of Binah, the third sefirah of ten sefirot on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Then Yehudit talks a little about the qualities of the 10 sefirot on the Kabbalistic Tree of life before she guides participants through ten repetitions of the combination of the Chaf and the Tzere, so that participants can become familiar with sensing the Kabbalistic Tree of Life within their bodies as they focus, in descending order, on the body part that corresponds to each sefirah on the Tree of Life.
The videos in this series show in succession how to combine the Otiyot Hayyot movements for each letter of ברכה (blessing) with the Otiyot Hayyot movements for embodying the nikudah that corresponds to each of the 9 active sefirot in descending order, up to and including the final combination (the Hey combined with the Breath for Malchut) on the 40th day, which starts during the day of the 16th of Tammuz and goes through the night of the 17th of Tammuz, the 40th night.
