Automotive engineering company IAV is an automotive industry player which ‘came up’ to an intermediary position between IT and the auto industry. Christoph sees his company’s role as translator - acting as a catalyst for new solutions which need a combination of automotive and IoT knowledge, including autonomous vehicle developments. He talks about the challenges in the market such as the differences in the pace of change between automotive and IoT industries. Automotive is slow so they have to speed up to match the IoT industry is which is driven at speed, he says.
