This session clarifies the limits of the self-improvement paradigm & how to complement it with self-unfoldment. Laying the groundwork, showing that with the foregrounding of the Metacrisis we’re in a vastly different context and in need of different sensibilities and practices that engage a different source of change and transformation. We need to adopt meta-practices that develop meta-competencies, which paradoxically conserve incompetency while deepening competency.
