I've been challenging myself to paint more quickly in order to help myself let go and get into the flow. This en plein air sunflower watercolor took 18 minutes to draw and paint on Sept 17, 2020. Almost the entire creative process is shown at 5 times normal speed.

Materials:
watercolor sketchbook - 140lb, cold pressed, 7"x10"
watercolor paint - Aquarell 212 & 481 (chosen in large part for the green they create when combined)
brush - Princeton Neptune Quill #8 (my all purpose brush)
