In US news and current events today, Pres. Trump's faith adviser is fundraising during the pandemic. Paula White is Trump’s spiritual adviser and head of the White House’s Faith and Opportunity Initiative.
White was scheduled to headline an April 2020 religious gathering that promised attendees ‘spiritual protections’ against the coronavirus. The gathering was canceled following CDC guidance against holding events with more than 50 people. There is no cure
for the coronavirus.
