The RMBI Care Home group commissioned us to make a series of films about their work to support recruitment of staff and recruitment of residents.
Kristin Mewald, Marketing and Communications Manager at the RMBI said:
"Magneto Films have great experience of working with vulnerable people and throughout the process, Gaby and her team have been very understanding of the needs of our residents, respected the challenges of the working environment of a care home, and have treated everyone involved in the shoot very kind and respectful.
The shoots were well planned through and worked around the schedule of the homes so as to not interrupt the daily activities of staff and residents. It was great to work with Gaby, who is very warm and experienced in interviewing people in a way that makes them feel comfortable, which is very important to achieve a genuine and natural feel in the films.
The final result were two lovely and heart warming films that really express our values and show the family feeling between residents and staff at our homes. We found the films very touching and would like to thank Magneto films for their excellent work. "
