To explore this scenario, I first freed Billy from the fridge. But instead of taking him to his parents, I walked with him down the road, where we met a slaver named Bullet. I approached him, and he started asking about my companion. After selling the little ghoul, instead of walking away with my caps, I pulled out my gun and shot the slaver several times. Once Bullet fell dead, I went over to Billy and started a conversation with him.
