We made it to Istanbul! And I couldn't be more excited. Jannie & I have wanted to visit Turkey for years, and we started our adventure exploring the close-knit and cobblestone alleys of the popular suburb Beyoglu, Istanbul.
While it seems easy getting lost here, there is always something new around the corner. Our day began taking the elevator to the top of the Galata Tower to admire the gorgeous 360 degree view of the city. We then took to the streets and meandered up the busy Istiklal Avenue, and finished our day crossing the Galata Bridge.
We did a lot of walking today, but this is definitely one of the cities to do it in. Have you considered visiting Turkey? We hope our video inspired you to get out here and see it for yourself!
