TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2010 Chateau Capdet, Listrac-Medoc, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A lean palate with floral, herbal, mineral and woody notes and a hint of oak on the finish.
This wine pairs well with: Duck, Grilled Swordfish, Pizza, Pork Belly, Red Meat, Sausage Pizza, Steak with Béarnaise
GRAPES
56 % Merlot, 42 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 2 % Petit Verdot.
