The CMA Microsoft talks have also begun shortly after this reveal, and outline how a small concession could allow the final days of Microsoft buying Activision to arrive. The FTC could still appeal the decision but an FTC appeal Microsoft Activision rumor would need to be filed in a very timely fashion.
