FENNEL SEEDS – ½ TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER – ½ INCH
HING – ¼ TSP
AJWAIN – ½ TSP
CURRY LEAF – 4-6 LEAVES
ONION (MEDIUM) – 1, FINELY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 2 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER – 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA – 1 TSP
