In this video, I have 5 easy Rum Cocktails at Home with Plantation Pineapple Rum (or Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum). These recipes are perfect if you're at home, or even if you want to rock them out at a Pub or Bar.
The Plantation Rum Brand does make some Epic Rums. And this Pineapple rum is no exception. But don't think of this as a Pineapple flavoured Rum, which may sound a bit nuts, but it is nothing like your Pineapple Dead Mans Fingers Rum or, Captain Morgan Pineapple. There are no flavours added here, it's just a subtle infused Rum with Real Pineapples. The Pineapple flavour IS there, but it's not upfront and in your face.
The Stiggins fancy Rum can make an Epic Cocktail. I've got some crackers here, but one I didn't do was the Plantation Pineapple Rum Mai Tai. That would be the next step up from the Pineapple Daiquiri in this video.
