Cattle farmers, primarily in the Indian states of Gujarat and Rajasthan, are trying to curb an outbreak of "lumpy skin disease" a viral infection that spreads through flies and dirty food and water. More than 3,000 cattle have died in these states which is caused by the Capripox virus.
