Is this the most beautiful guitar piece?
At least it’s on my Top 10 list.
Barrios wrote this piece in 1938 and named it after one of his students, Julia Martinez.
She was called Julia Florida by her family because she grew very fast,bloomed,from being a girl to become a young woman.
Barrios was obviously very inspired when he wrote this music.
