For some who do not know, I graduated with latin honors as a Cum laude, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management.
What you need to know
* For students who graduated with Laude
* You can get this anytime. No expiration.
* This is Professional category
* Exempted from CS Exam
Batangas Procedure/Notice
* Since January 9, 2023, the Civil Service Regional office strictly implemented the Appointment Booking System (ABS) for both
* Civil Service Exam
* Eligibility Related Transactions
* Walk-in clients for certification and authentication of eligibility may be accommodated but shall be limited to (15) clients per day.
* 5 clients a day who graduated with Latin Honor (by experience)

Checklist for General Requirements
* Properly accomplished CS Form 101-D, Revised Sept 2013
- Hinihingi sa Civil Service Office
* Three (3) pieces of identical ID pictures with the following specifications
- Passport size
- Taken 3 months prior to filing of application
- Showing left and right ear
- Bare face
- With signature over handwritten name (First name, Middle Initial, Last Name)
- White background
- Full face view directly facing the camera
- Neutral face
- Printed on good quality
* Original and photocopy of any of the following ID
- Current office/Company ID
- School ID (current)
- Passport
- BIR ID
- GSIS UMID
- SSS ID
- PRC License
- Drivers License
- PhilHealth ID
- Voters ID
- Postal ID
- Barangay ID
* Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate
* Certification of no pending case/non-conviction of any offense (using CSC SPEL Form 1, April 2012)
- Nahihingi sa CS office
Checklist for Specific Requirements
* Original copy of TOR of the applicant
* Certification of the university/college that the applicant graduated with Latin honors duly signed by the current university/college registrar or authorized official and bearing the university/college seal. (This certification is not the Diploma and separate from TOR)
* List of Honor Graduates certified and submitted by the School Registrar to the CSC (agency to agency concern)
What you need to prepare/do
* Ask the Registrar if they already submitted the List of Honor Graduate
* Are you in a rush or not
* For rush transaction and is a graduate student of Batangas, you may proceed directly at Panay Quezon, for walk-in transaction
* Prepare around Php. 500-Php 800 for the payment. depending on your request.
Checklist of Qualifications
1. Graduated from his/her Bachelor’s degree (Summa, Magna, Cum Laude)
2. Baccalaureate/Bachelor’s degree recognized by CHED (for graduates of private universities/colleges)
3. Baccalaureate/Bachelor’s degree included in charter, or duly approved by Board of Trustees/Regents (for graduate of state/local universities and colleges)
4. Name of applicant is included in the corresponding Master List issued by the college/university concerned.
