STIR FRIED BOK CHOY with PORK BELLY.
INGREDIENTS :
3 bunch ( 250 grams ) Baby Bok Choy, cut into half
150 grams skinless Pork Belly, sliced thinly
5 cloves Garlic, minced
Thumb-size Ginger, sliced thinly
1 red and green long Chilli, chopped
Cooking oil.
SAUCE :
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Chicken powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper.
