Here is the first video from our summer trip to Bordeaux and Saint Emilion! I decided to take a different approach for this travel film. I wasn't happy with any music I found so I thought, what if I only use sounds captured by the BMPCC6K? I think it works very well and it gives a sort of docu vibe to the video. I also decided to go with 4:3 aspect ratio. Not sure why, but it looked very good when I was editing. And this is the beauty of travel films, you can experiment as much as you want. Everything was shot on BMPCC6K + Leica R 28mm f/2.8 (except the church interior, shot on the 19mm). The camera only had a cage on it, nothing else. Edited and graded in DaVinci Resolve 18 with BUTTERY Eterna LUTs and some DaVinci film grain.
