Pide is a Turkish flatbread pizza. Traditionally it is made with mince but today I'm going vegetarian!
Dough:
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups plain flour
3/4 tsp salt
1.5 tsp olive oil
Around 1 cup warm water
Dough method:
Mix all the ingredients together except water. Carefully add enough water to combine to make a smooth dough. Cover and let it sit for few hours untill double in size.
Roll the dough into boats turning the edges in
Fill in with your toppings
Place in an oven 220 degrees Celsius bake till down
Brush with olive oil.
Serve and enjoy!
