This video is your guide to fine-tuning various settings on the Dorma TS93 overhead door closer and all you need is a screwdriver.
In this video we cover:
✔ Backcheck – resistance that a door closer will provide at the end of the opening cycle to prevent damage to the door, frame or hinges should the door be thrown open heavily.
✔ Delayed Action – a delay in the beginning of the closing cycle once the door has been opened to allow slow moving pedestrians to pass through a door.
✔ Closing Speed – the speed at which a door closer will pull a door leaf shut
✔ Latch Action – The speed of the door over the last few degrees of the closing cycle, to overcome the latch or any other resistance
