😋Stir Fried Chinese Chives with minced pork. Another quick and easy recipe for working class. This is a common dish you can find in any Taiwanese restaurant. This dish can cost you Rm20 per plate. Cooking your own will only cost less than RM8.00. It goes well with rice or even porridge!

200g Chinese Chives finely chopped
100g Minced meat
1 1/2 tablespoon Salted black bean soaked and cleaned
3 Bird's eye chili finely chopped
2 Cloves of minced garlic
Seasoning
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1) Heat wok, add in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Saute minced pork for 2 minutes
2) Add in soaked salted black bean. Fry till fragrant
3) Add in minced garlic, bird's eyed chili and seasonings.
4) Add in Chinese chives and quick stir for 20 seconds.
