This is the briefing for Campaign 1 Mission 3.

Almost 20 years ago in 1999, I received this game as a Christmas present from my parents. Building on the formula from F-22 Lightning II and F-22 Raptor, F-22 Lightning 3 was a significant advancement in the F-22 series of simulations. Novalogic made improvements to the flight model to make it feel more authentic and better terrain rendering than the predecessors. Novalogic modeled additional weapon systems for the F-22 such as fuel tanks, HARMs, GP bombs, and, most noticeably, the B-61. What most impressed me about this game at the time of its release was the ability to use nuclear weapons to devastate targets.

In order to make this game run properly on Windows 10, I have been running the game in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 and using nGlide 2.0. I strongly recommend not adjusting the resolution in the game's menus if you are going to use nGlide as doing so could cause crashes that can only be solved by a reinstall or locating the settings file (I just reinstalled it). In addition, to remove the window border in the menus and movies, you can try using Borderless Gaming.
